Heuristic evaluation was done for the m-Indicator app for Pune according to screens and tasks. The key users are public transport users of Pune and the main task is to retrieve information and timings about buses, local trains from the app.The evaluation was done based on Jakob Nielsen’s 10 usability heuristic principles.
